Letter From the Owner In January, 2004, we began Hills Construction LLC. The new company was founded upon the principals of honesty, integrity, and quality. With these principals in place, private, negotiated work was the target with bid work to bridge any shortfall. Most of Hills Constructions work has come from either recommendations or repeat clients. Our reputation for keeping the founding principle stands out. The name Hills Construction is now a well-respected General Contractor in the North Mississippi area. To date Hills Construction has completed 350 separate construction projects.
