Beginning with Deck Remodelers’ President, Sean McAleer, who mastered his craft as a third generation carpenter and cabinet maker, begins by surveying the landscape’s highpoints, learning the homeowner’s vision and then creating from the ground up an outdoor living space that not only fits the home’s architecture, but also accents the client’s lifestyle. Each project has a dedicated Project Manager. All of our Project managers have a degree in engineering. Our Operations Manager has a master’s degree in engineering. Our Crews – We are a family. We invest in our people. Our crews receive extensive training and certification, benchmarking best practices and are cross trained on different techniques developed. We are always looking for ways to improve. Communication is a critical aspect of our job. There is always someone available to answer questions. From our Owner, Operations Manager, Lead Carpenters and Crew to the Office Staff; we all work for you. Our computer software system allows us to stream-line our projects. All communication between customer, office staff and workers in the field is done through the same system. Daily work is tracked, logged and photographed. In addition to design, Deck Remodelers are also the experts when it comes to material options and have worked extensively with a wide range including exotic hardwoods, bluestone, or low- maintenance synthetic alternatives. McAleer has educated himself on all products. He has certifications from and has been to all the major decking manufacturing facilities in the U.S., taking out all the guesswork in choosing the right material for the job.
