The Wheaton Chamber of Commerce is an organization of approximately 412 members representing their businesses and the Wheaton business community at large. Members work together to develop business relationships; support issues that relate to the local economy; and learn about business and marketing opportunities.
Each year the Chamber of Commerce produces The Gamon Awards; A Taste of Wheaton; the annual golf outing in July; and Steak Fry at the end of the summer. Trinity Episcopal Church in downtown Wheaton is the oldest church building in Wheaton that is still in use. The church dates to 1875, when the first services were held in the Universalist Church, which is now the site of the DuPage County Historical Museum and Park District Administration. On December 18, 1881, Bishop William E. McLaren laid the cornerstone of the new location on the southeast corner of West and Wesley streets. It is part of the Diocese of Chicago, which is affiliated with the worldwide Anglican Communion.
In the 1950s, the main church building was added. It seats 428 people. In 1997, Trinity Episcopal underwent a $1.8 million renovation, which extended the parish hall and classrooms in the basement.
Graf Park is community park that is a part of the Wheaton Park District. The park has swings, park benches, playgrounds and shade over the picnic benches. There are also fields that are used by youth sports teams, among others. No alcohol, fires or dogs are allowed in the park.
Church of The Great Shepherd is an Anglican church offering worship services on Sundays, prayer groups on Wednesdays and a Sunday School program. It often features guest speakers.
Located at the corner of Wiesbrook and Durfee Road, across from Wheaton Warrenville South High School, Hope Presbyterian Church is a dark brick building that sits atop a small hill. Inside, its congregation of approximately 100 is a close community, as more than 90 percent have been there since its founding date in 1994.

Repeat Boutique Center is a charity organization that provides a resale boutique next door to the World Relief Center. The clothing and household items are meant to help Christian workers, missionaries and refugees.
Donka, Inc. is a non for profit organization that supplies job training and computer skills to those with disabilities. The training is preformed in a state-of-the-art facility by certified teachers.
The DuPage County State's Attorney's Office has 82 Assistant State's Attorneys, 18 Criminal Investigators, 70 full-time supporting employees and 10 law clerks/interns. The office is organized into 3 bureaus: criminal, civil and administrative.
The Criminal Bureau supervises the felony trial, special prosecution, child protection, misdemeanor and traffic and criminal investigation divisions. The Civil Bureau consists of the governmental representation, Labor and Tort Defense, Land Use and Civil Prosecutions, Child Support Enforcement and Appeals units, as well as a Community Affairs Division. Lastly, the Administration Bureau deals with finances, grants, personnel, administrative support, information systems, security and restitution.

The School Services Center is where the Community Unit School District 200 administration works to operate the Wheaton Public School system. Serving approximately 14,500 students, District 200 includes Wheaton, Warrenville and parts of Carol Stream, Winfield and West Chicago. The average class size varies between 20.6 and 25.2 students for grades K - 12.
Kelly Park, next to Edison Middle School, covers more than 16 acres and has three ball fields, two tennis courts, two soccer fields and one basketball court. There is a picnic shelter and a playground that includes a tot lot for young children. In the winter, Kelly Park has an ice skating rink. Street parking is available but very limited.
As Good As Gold Golden Retriever Rescue has been operating since 2003 and has placed over 1,200 dogs with new families. As Good As Gold is a home-based office that places the relinquished dogs directly with foster families until an adoptive family has filled out the appropriate paperwork, has had a home visit and is deemed fit for their new Golden Retriever.
