Part of the Northfield fabric, St. Olaf College has been educating students since 1874. Each fall for decades, students from across the United States and the world have flocked to Northfield to live and learn on "The Hill." The college is committed to the liberal arts and incorporating a global perspective into its curriculum and campus life. St. Olaf is known for, among other things, its math, science and music programs.
Founded in 1886, this church offers a community-driven place of worship and education. Services are held on Saturdays at 5pm and on Sundays at 8am and 10:30am. Salem Lutheran also provides a private school offering education to students in preschool through eighth grade.
