Klingensmith s Drug Store is an eight-store family-run drug chain that is based in Ford City, Pa. To build its growth potential, Klingensmith s has redesigned its loyalty card program in order to double the number of its cardholder members. One way of achieving this goal is to promote in-store promotions. Its cashiers wear buttons on their uniforms that advertise the store s newly-designed card.
