Since 1952, St. Timothy's has been involved in worship, education and ministries. Under the leadership of Rev. Linda Butler, the congregation proclaims to be a faith community of God's people centered in the love and teachings of Jesus Christ who value inclusiveness and diversity. Child care is provided during Sunday worship and education.
This United Methodist organization embraces diversity. The campus ministry opens its doors to many other community groups, while a group of UNI students who congregate at there enjoy social activities and events as well as missionary and service work.
The Iowa District East Office of the Lutheran Church: Missouri Synod was formed in 1954. This office serves 119 congregations and almost 44,000 members in eastern Iowa. The organization is a mission-oriented, Bible-based, confessional Christian group. The congregations work to spread the love of Christ through word and service. The current District President is the Rev. Brian Saunders.
The Mid-American Baptist Churches ABC Region Office is a religious organization. This office coordinates the efforts of Baptist churches in Iowa and Minnesota and helps to drive the church goals, missions and ideas. This office is responsible for several large projects each year, including the church's national conference.
