The Rialto Theater is a well-lit, heated, restored movie and vaudeville house with a balcony. It has a seating capacity of more than 740 people. The theater s stage is made of Masonite on suspended plywood, as well as has a dance floor. The Rialto Theater operates a dressing room, wardrobe and lighting systems. It maintains equipment, such as a piano, iron and board, music stands, matching chairs, band risers, ladders and prop tables. The theater s lighting and sound system inventory includes follow spots, microphones, and house and stage trusses. The Rialto Theater also has laundry facilities. It is a part of the Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, which hosts hard rock, jazz, comedy, drama, acrobatics and family fun shows.

The Tacoma Solid Waste Management picks up garbage from its residential customers once a week. The company has a fully automated garbage system, which means trucks pick up the garbage containers with a mechanical arm. Tacoma Solid Waste Management provides standard garbage containers for all of our customers. The garbage containers are green, have wheels and come in four sizes, 20-, 30-, 60-and 90-gallon. Customers choose the size of their garbage can, and monthly rates are based on the size of the cans. For disposal of large items, Solid Waste Management provides the Call-2-Haul program. Residential customers can receive up to two pickups of household junk each year.
