Located in Town Hall, the court hears a variety of cases, including civil, criminal, small claims, landlord/tenant and traffic. Court is in session on Wednesday starting at 10am, and small claims court is held every month on the third Thursday at 7:30pm.

Eastchester Recreation Department has been operational for more than 45 years. The department provides a wide variety of leisure and recreational activities, cultural events, park facilities and other services. Located in Eastchester, N.Y., it also organizes various health, fitness, relaxation and community-based events. The recreation department offers several picnic kits, including bats, balls, horseshoe sets, volleyball equipment and a variety of other sports equipment. It offers online information about community-based programs, volunteer and employment opportunities, applications for the use of parks, playfields and other facilities, and fall adult flag football schedules. Additionally, the department oversees the functioning of several reservable shelters, passive areas, athletic fields, children s playgrounds, rock gardens and summer concert spaces.

The Town of Eastchester Highway Department handles matters related to sewers, streetlights , sidewalks, roadways and trees, as well as refuse and recycling. The department offers pickup services for metal appliances, including aluminum siding, paint cans, automobile parts and scrap metal s. It recycles weekly and daily newspapers, including inserts, magazines and junk mails. The department also recycles chemicals, tires, car batteries and plastic containers.It is governed by the Town of Eastchester in New York, which additionally manages parks, public library, recreation, emergency services, fire, police, and planning and building departments.

Senior Programs and Services, located on the first floor of Town Hall, maintains a variety of activities and events for senior citizens in the community. The department offers services such as transportation, shopping, home-delivered meals and housecleaning. 

There are also two senior centers: one at 660 White Plains Road and another at 235 Garth Road in Scarsdale.

Located on the second floor of Town Hall, the Office of the Comptroller prepares the annual budget and handles all accounting matters. In addition, the office is in charge of all human resources and personnel issues.

The Recreation Department, located on the second floor of Town Hall, makes a variety of fun and educational programs and activities available to residents of all ages. There are playgrounds; baseball, softball and soccer fields; tennis courts, picnic areas and more. Summer concerts, workshops and various other events are also held throughout the year.

In addition, kids starting at age 5 through the first year of high school can attend one of three summer camps in town.

Located on the first floor of Town Hall, the town clerk's office is the place to go for a variety of permits, including those for residents, full-time employees, commuters and visitors, as well as for handicapped parking. The office also issues marriage licenses and fishing and hunting licenses.

Residents can obtain voter-registration applications, copies of marriage, birth and death certificates, and copies of the minutes of Town Board, Planning Board and Zoning Board meetings from the office.

Located on the first floor of Town Hall, the office of the receiver of taxes is responsible for various tax matters pertaining to the town, including collecting taxes on the town and district level. In addition, the department also collects certain taxes on the state and county level for the school districts of Eastchester and Tuckahoe.

The town of Eastchester, settled in 1664, was bought from Native Americans in 1700. Today it includes the incorporated villages of Bronxville and Tuckahoe. Eastchester consists of 3.26 square miles and is about 20 miles north of New York City; it's run by a town supervisor and a five-member town board. The town hall houses several offices, including those of the comptroller, town clerk and police department.
