Teresa received her BSN at Cedarville College in 1990 and her MSN at the University of Maryland in 1996. She is accredited as a Pediatric Primary Care Nurse Practitioner and Primary Care Mental Health Specialist. She has lived in Hagerstown for 25 years and has three children and one grandchild. She enjoys scrap booking, reading, and medical missions.
