Our boat storage offers many premium features. Within the storage areas, we have multiple “day/night” technology security cameras monitoring 24 hours per day. Access to free vacuum and wash station for all storage units. In addition to a pleasing lake view, an electronic gate provides access 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Captains Cove provides extra wide spaces for maneuvering and offiers extra tall and deep units for larger storage of boats or RV's. Location is everything when considering ideal boat storage, and we offer a great central location. We are located between Taylorsville Lake’s two main boat launch areas: only 1.6 miles to the State Park and 3 miles to the Taylorsville Lake Marina. In addition, the highway running directly in front of Captain’s Cove Resort allows access to all major lakes in the area, including Green River, Cumberland, Herrington, Dale Hollow, Barren, Nolin and Land Between the Lakes!

Visit the Harland Sanders Cafe and Museum, Big South Fork Scenic Railway in Sterns and Daniel Boone Country and Cumberland Gap National Historical Park, where Daniel Boone cut his way west in 1769. Enjoy nearby water rafting, horseback riding, hiking and canoeing. At camp, enjoy the shade trees, swim in the pool, take a half-mile hike to Laurel Lake or a 2-mile drive to a public access boat ramp.
