Clay Monet is a small studio for beginner and professional artists. Customers can come in and pick out a clay figurine and paint it. Other services offered include clay wheels to create clay bowls or vases, spinning/painting classes and hosting birthday parties. Clay Monet prides itself in not charging studio fees and welcomes walk-ins.
Color Me Mine, the paint-it-yourself studio, has been in the Geneva Commons for the past two years. Co-owners Karen Rizuto and daughter Karri Rizuto offer personal instructions for painting your own pottery, mosaic, clay, and artwork. Each month has a variety of special events: Pajama Night, Ladies' Night Out and Mommy and Me are just of few. The studio is available for birthday parties or any other occasion. "To-go" events, where the "fun comes to you," are available.
