All of our providers are board certified in Endocrine, Diabetes and Metabolism. Because of this level of expertise, primary care providers trust us to diagnose or treat a medical condition resistant to typical intervention. Physician referral is typically required by insurance to be seen by our clinic.

HealthTeam’s Cardiology clinic within Medicine Subspecialties features providers from Michigan State University College of Human Medicine Department of Medicine. We provide a variety of premium high quality outpatient services to hundreds of Mid-Michigan adults. In addition to our clinic, we provide inpatient and outpatient services at Lansing area hospitals, which include both non-invasive and invasive testing. These tests include cardiac catheterizations and cardiac intervention. All of our cardiologists are board certified and provide quality care to patients and their families and serve as advocates for the patient’s health.

MSU’s College of Human Medicine, Occupational and Environmental Medicine Division, collects reports noted below for the State of Michigan, confirms diagnoses and initiates investigations to identify the circumstances under which individuals have become sick or been exposed. The goal is to use these cases reported to prevent others from becoming sick. Our clinic is not open to the general public but rather to support the safety and reporting efforts. Physicians, hospitals, clinics and employers are required by law to report known or suspected cases of occupational disease to the Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA). Laboratories are required to report to the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services (MDHHS) the results of laboratory testing for arsenic, cadmium, lead and mercury and physicians and health care facilities, when requested, are required to report injuries.
