Gladiator Gym is a boxing and noncompetitive martial arts gym offering training and classes for students of all ages. It offers classes in amateur boxing, cardio kickboxing and private lessons in krav maga, boxing and MMA striking. It also conducts a physical training boot camp. Training includes jumping rope, stretching, calisthenics, medicine ball work, shadow boxing and plyometrics. The gym is owned and operated by Shawn Darling.
