Rainwater Kennels was established in the early 1970 s and is the most prominent full service kennel facility in the area. Larry and Helen Heil, the current owners, purchased the business in 1993 and have continued to offer outstanding service and care for their customers pets, while adding new services and products to meet your needs. For the hunters and nature watchers, we are located in south central Nebraskas Rainwater Basin. The area is noted for extraordinary amounts of waterfowl, Sandhill Cranes, Whooping Cranes and Pheasants, and is a shooters paradise for guns or cameras. Our kennel is the largest pet care facility in Central Nebraska. We offer dogs, cats, birds, pet care products, pet foods, boarding, grooming, and guided hunts using our award winning dogs and guides.
