Cedar Hill Baptist Church is a place of worship for individuals of the Christian faith. Based in Dillsburg, Pa., the church serves a community of about 120 parishioners each Sunday. It primarily performs Sunday morning/evening prayer and worship services as well as conducts Sunday school. The church also operates the ladies fellowship, choir, prayer chain, Elmcroft Nursing Home and fox SubAcute Hospital ministries. Cedar Hill Baptist Church runs the Discipleship and G.R.O.W. Evangelistic outreach programs as well as carries out evangelistic services annually.
