Broadway. And, although the elder Bitner has since retired and opened Scottys Classic Cars in Arma, Bitner Motors remains at the same location as the day it opened in 1973.Bitner noted that he and his staff offer Crawford County residents foreign and domestic late model, low mileage used cars.We have one employee Randy Bestor. "He is a local guys who has lived here all of his life" Bitner said. "Weve worked really hard to provide a quality car at a reasonable price."Bitner added that he personally buys each of the cars on his lot and he takes great pains to purchase only top quality vehicles for his customers."We warranty all of our cars, 100 percent for parts and service, " he said. "The fact is is that most of the people we sell to are friends and neighbors."
