The Spring-Ford Area Historical Society is dedicated to promoting and preserving artifacts of local historical value. The society researches, acquires and preserves significant properties in the area. In 1988 the society opened its first museum in the old train station. The house has since been converted into the society's headquarters and a museum open to the public. West-Mont United Soccer Association is located on Royersford Road at Hilltop Farm. The association has teams for both girls and boys. Little Strikers is for ages 3–5, Intramurals for ages 4–17, and Suburban Counties Soccer League for ages 13–17. West-Mont also provides TOP soccer, which is the official U.S. youth soccer program for athletes with disabilities. A concession stand is run by volunteers during games.
