A locally-funded 501 C-3, the Alzheimer's Services of Cape Cod and the Islands provides support and services to individuals affected by Alzheimer's or a related dementia. The facilities work with families, care-givers and professionals to provide resources and support. The organization sponsors a variety of events including candle lighting ceremonies, walk-a-thons and even a polar bear plunge to aid in building awareness and in fundraising.
