This condo complex sits at the end of Clearwater Beach, where there are no more shops or restaurants. This means that there is significantly less traffic here. Clearwater Point is a series of condominium complexes that have their own private beach. The Shipmaster is the the northernmost building.
Clearwater Community Sailing Center is a non-profit organization located across from Sand Key Park. It offers a wide range of opportunities for the community to sail and learn, including through youth sailing camps and sailing lessons. There are seasonal and annual memberships and some benefits include participation in regattas, discounts on programs, access to boats and launching privileges. The center has a fleet of over 70 boats which can be rented hourly, including for kayaks, sun fish sailboats, catamarans, standup paddle boards and day sailers.
