Moon Dancer is located at the western edge of Riviera Village, a walkable shopping district at the southern end of Redondo Beach. The store sells American Indian art and furniture as well as jewelry, accessories and rugs.
This warehouse was originally a lumber mill in the late 1800, then a fishery. Since 1990, it has been a special place for local artists to create, curate and display their work. Richard Stephens and Paul Orvalla opened the studio to preserve and continue the Bohemian art scene that once thrived in Redondo Beach. The studio's name refers to the Steinbeck novel of the same name. Though Paul died in 2000, Richard carries on the tradition of helping local artists show their work and keeping the local art community alive. A calendar of events can be found on the Web site. Since 1991, this gallery has been offering affordable fine art and custom framing to the local community. Featured artists include Kathleen Keifer, Ross Moore and Ray Packard. The framing services specialize in conservation framing, offering moulding and materials from the finest manufacturers. Custom mirrors are also available.

The Seventh Sense Art Gallery is a multisensory gallery that includes a diverse range of styles. The curator and owner is Sandrell Doerr. This gallery is the first art gallery in North Redondo Beach and it showcases the area's current and upcoming young artists. Among the artists featured are Aaron Hall, Stormy, Rain Mitchell, Tamara Becker, Christine Cassano, Jeffrey Reese and Von Paul Read.
There are tactile art displays that viewers are encouraged to touch as a part of the multisensory experience. The gallery is styled to be a soothing and relaxing space for its viewers.
