It also features a touch tank, where patrons can pet and feed stingrays and small sharks. Guided tours are available by appointment.

The center also has an Imagination Theater that presents films on a screen three stories high. Other programs included are dive shows, alligator feedings and animal presentations. Flint RiverQuarium rents its Skywater Room for wedding receptions, corporate and birthday parties whereas it rents the theater for any audio/visual presentation or a private screening of movies.
