Library Square Apartments offer luxury living for those over 55 in two separate complexes that are connected by an indoor walkway. Our spacious one and two bedroom apartment homes are equipped with many upgrades and include units that are accessible to the physically challenged. Library Square I offers covered parking and heat is included with your monthly rent.Our non-smoking community amenities include: lobby, community room, game / craft room, beautiful chapel, exercise room and a library all furnished with historical elements retrieved and restored from the original Mandan Public Library. We also have a centrally located elevator, a guest room and on-site office staff to assist you with your requests. We are conveniently located in downtown Mandan with grocery stores and shopping all within walking distance. Noon meals are available from Golden Age Services five days a week in the main dining room. Meals are served cafeteria-style Monday through Friday.
