In a little light blue frame house on Concord Road between Hollis and Evelyn streets sits the Arkle Veterinary Care facility. Arkle has been in business since 1987. Dr. Roxanne Levinson, DVM, offers loving care to cats and dogs every day but Sunday. The facility is one of the few in Smyrna that accepts Care Credit for payment, but it accepts other major forms of payment too. Also, be careful because some basic "non-standard" business hours apply. Arkle covers emergency care for dogs and cats, but not on a 24 hour basis.
