Dr. John graduated from The Ohio State College of Veterinary Medicine in 1945 and after a stint with the Army Medical Corp in post war Japan returned to Independence to start his practice. The Cloverleaf Animal Hospital is one of the longest serving veterinary practices in the Cleveland and North East Ohio area. Our client list includes many 2nd and 3rd generation clients from Cleveland and all of the surrounding suburbs. We are also always pleased to see new walk-in patients or take new appointments. The Cloverleaf Animal Hospital is professionally practiced by Dr. Steve Danis, owner, OSU 1980, and Dr. Fred J. Wright, Associate, OSU 1992. We also have a knowledgeable and courteous staff, many of whom have been with us for over 10 years. Were always happy to answer questions. Its in-house laboratory can perform hemograms, profiles, electrolytes and produce stat profiles in two minutes. It has two biomicroscopes, a centrifuge and full urinalysis capabilities. A new radiograph machine with the fastest X-ray plates has been added, enabling high-quality radiography. Its new ultrasound unit enables diagnosis by looking at the heart, kidney, bladder and liver and a biopsy can be obtained without making a surgical incision. Endoscopy with the new Olympus endoscope enables its doctors to look down the trachea and esophagus and search the stomach, small intestines and colon for foreign bodies and tumors and excise a biopsy, also with no surgical incision. The surgery suite features heated surgical tables, three anesthesia machines, piped oxygen, a defribrillator, autocalve and an incubator. Open Monday through Friday, the center is located in Medina, Ohio.
