The Crofton Go Kart Raceway is a half-mile circular asphalt roadway. Patrons can select from one of the facility's 36 go-carts, each equipped with a 5.5 house power Honda engine, to take a spin. The entire facility can be rented for group outings. Children must be 8 years old and 54 inches tall to drive one of the vehicles by themselves. Children under the age and height requirement can ride with a driver over the age of 16.

It represents the five key elements for positive youth development: -A safe, positive environment -Fun -Supportive relationships -Opportunities and expectations -Recognition It also incorporates high-yield learning activities, targeted programs and regular attendance.
The Maryland Allstars is a competitive cheerleading organization which practices 12 months a year. It operates this 6,000-square-foot facility where the team practices. Group and private tumbing classes are offered for the general public and the gym also hosts private birthday parties. The facility features a spring floor, tumble track, stereo equipment and water fountains.
The DC Fencers Club of Silver Spring hosts camps and competitions for its members throughout the year. Membership, classes and private lessons are available for all ages.
Led by Director LeeAnn Plumer, the City of Annapolis Recreation and Parks Department is located in the "Pip" Moyer Recreation Center at Truxton Park. The recreation center offers a variety of ammenities to its members at an affordable price including: group fitness classes, a rock climbing wall, cardio and weight machines and a four-lane track for walking and jogging.
