The city-owned Ocean City Municipal Airport has no commercial passenger service. Its single runway on 60 acres on the bay side accommodates private planes, charter flights and some commercial operations. The facility does include the Airport Diner, open to the public, and it is a popular place for visitors to watch sunsets. It is also home base for the annual Aviation Weekend in September.
