Opened in 2010 and located in the Factoria Mall parking lot, Novilhos aims to bring the Brazilian steakhouse concept to Bellevue. Patrons eat from an all-you-can-eat, prix-fixe menu that includes 15 different cuts of meat ranging from filet mignon and sirloin to chicken and pork. Button cards on the table signify when the gaucho should come to the table to offer more meats. The menu is set at $42.50 per person before drinks and dessert. While definitely geared toward the meat eater, the large contemporary restaurant also has a vegetarian option that includes unlimited salad bar options. A full bar, separated from the restaurant, is open during lunch and dinner.
