Industrious and friendly optometrist, Andrea Neff, OD, is known for her excellent bedside manner and superior eye care services. Dr. Neff provides individualized optometric care and select aesthetic services at In Focus Eyecare in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Dr. Neff has diverse experience in all forms of ocular medical care. She completed rotations at Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, where she worked in a full-scope ophthalmology environment providing pre- and post-operative cataract care, extensive diabetic care, and foreign body emergency care. At the Eye Institute Pediatrics/Low Vision Centers at the Einstein Hospital in Philadelphia, Dr. Neff helped design and implement vision therapy programs and offered primary eye care to the pediatric population. She also performed comprehensive low vision exams to prescribe treatments and hands-on instruction for various optical devices, including telescopes, microscopes, magnifiers, and computer equipment. Dr. Neff also finished two rotations in private practices: Eldredge Eye Associates in Langhorn, Pennsylvania, and Casseys Optical in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania, where she offered primary care services, such as treating glaucoma and the pre- and postoperative management for LASIK® patients. Dr. Neff has performed numerous contact lens fittings for soft, rigid gas permeable, and multifocal lenses.  She’s also certified to fit Paragon CRT orthokeratology lenses. Dr. Neff is a member of the American Optometric Association and a TLC LASIK eye center affiliated doctor. Since 2005, Dr. Neff has been practicing in Fort Mill, Rock Hill, Columbia, and Greenville, South Carolina, and in July 2008, she opened In Focus Eyecare in Fort Mill, South Carolina. Dr. Neff loves children and is a member of InfantSEE which provides free vision screening for infants. She’s especially comfortable with children and exhibits kindness, patience, and respect with a personable demeanor when performing children’s eye exams. No matter the visual dysfunctions and challenges, Dr. Neff enjoys improving vision and general wellness and helping men, women, and children better navigate daily life. Dr. Neff ensures she spends ample time catering to the needs of each individual. Dr. Neff is married and has two beloved children. She became a naturalized U.S. citizen on November 13, 2015. Dr. Neff enjoys cooking, exercising, and spending valuable time with her family.
