While finishing her residency, she presented three abstracts at the Annual Clinical Meeting of ACOG and won the Resident Research Presentation award for New York Medical College in 2007.   After her residency, she decided she wanted to practice as an obstetrician and gynecologist focusing on holistic patient care.
