Henry County Health Department is one of the divisions operated by the government of Henry County in Ohio. The department is responsible for health education and promoting environmental health, home health/hospice care covered under Medicare, Medicaid and many private insurance companies. It conducts a number of programs, such as private water/residential sewage program, food protection program, public health nuisances and rabies control/immunization program, to name a few. Henry County Health Department also represents a bureau for children with medical handicap services and several other health care needs.
