Since 1991, Fitness for Life has been all about holistic health toward physical maintenance and well-being. There are essentially two businesses in this location, Fitness for Life Massage Therapy and Fitness for Life Personal Training. The office is in the lower level of the white brick building, located across from Pick'n Save. Fitness for Life has been operating since 1998 at the current location, providing services such as massage, personal training, reiki, and acupuncture. There is also access to a gym membership in the West Allis area that also offers tanning. Terry, who does massage, has been in the North Shore area for more than years.
