The Duplin County Emergency Management Office is a division of the Emergency Services that provides a range of planning, preparing, responding and mitigation services for of natural and manmade disasters. The Duplin County Emergency Management Office works closely with local, state and federal agencies before and during emergencies. It also works with local businesses, industries, civic groups and nursing homes to provide outreach programs. The Duplin County Emergency Management Office also receives information from local business and industry about hazardous materials.
