The Civil Division is a part of the DuPage County Sheriffs Office processes more than 35,000 subpoenas and summons annually. The division processes quasi criminal summons from villages and counties throughout Illinois. It undertakes subpoenas from the DuPage County States Attorney. The Civil Division holds auctions related to real estate foreclosures. The division is responsible for levies, evictions AND replevin orders issued by the court. The DuPage County Sheriffs Office maintains the Corrections Bureau and the Administrative Bureau. The office s Law Enforcement Bureau is accredited by Commission on Accreditation for Law Enforcement Agencies (CALEA). The DuPage County Sheriffs Office also operates a Medical Services Unit and Crime Laboratory.
