Dodd has been general counsel for the Terrebonne Parish Sheriffs Office and East Feliciana Sheriffs Office. He not only handles daily legal matter for the offices, but is responsible for defending various types of lawsuits, including, but not limited to, all 1983 civil rights types of actions (excessive force, wrong death and prisoner claims).
