Founded in 1978, Idaho Athletic Club, also known as IAC, is a privately funded fitness center in the Treasure Valley in Idaho. It operates Black Eagle Club, Caldwell Club, Eagle Club and Meridian Club. Idaho Athletic Club s facilities have pools and racquetball courts. Its clubs also feature sauna and steam rooms. Idaho Athletic Club s facilities provide classes in yoga and palates. Its clubs offer dance, cycling and kickboxing sessions. Idaho Athletic Club s facilities provide aqua aerobics classes that focus on cardiovascular and muscular strength. In addition, its clubs administers several nutritional programs. Idaho Athletic Club also operates Nampa Club, which is a 28,000-square-feet fitness center.
