Community Services Consortium is a nonprofit community action agency that develops, manages and provides services and support for individuals and families who lack sufficient financial resources. Established in 1980, the agency serves the residents of Linn, Benton and Lincoln counties in Oregon. It offers heating and utility bill assistance options. Community Services Consortium also provides housing rehabilitation programs. The agency responds to more than 11,500 inquiries annually by advocating for individuals with housing and utility problems. In addition, it offers a variety of programs related to education and health problems. The agency has partnerships with Linn Benton Community College, the Commission on Children and Families and Community Action Directors of Oregon.
