Children’s Health? is the first pediatric hospital to team up with EXOS, an internationally known organization thats helped train the worlds top athletes and military special forces. Our specific programs are specially tailored to each athletes age group and level. We focus on injury prevention through performance training, and an active recovery from year round competition allows recovery while preparing the young athlete for improving their game.
