The Chester County Bail and Pretrial Agency is a division of the Adult Probation and Parole Department. It is located in suite 2300 of the Chester County Justice Center. The agency is responsible for investigating and providingrecommendationsabout bail risk. It is also responsible for monitoringdefendantsreleased on bail and notifying the court of any violations of thedefendant'sbail conditions.
