Vermont Recycles Flowers Our community service program,Vermont Recycles Flowers is a "good will " branch of Chappells Florist. Our mission is to recycle donated flowers and event flowers back into the community for the enjoyment of others. Event flowers are fresh flowers that were designed for an event like weddings, conventions, or other business or party functions and then normally discarded. We pick up event flowers, redesign them and deliver to local nursing homes, non-profits, hospitals, churches, Vermont respite house, Hope Lodge, schools, libraries and assisted living facilities.
