Many of our clients run a 96% Bevinco rating meaning that 96% of the product used during the period was accounted for in sales. ACCURACY – The Bevinco auditor follows a detailed auditing system that weighs every open bottle/keg, and counts every full bottle on hand. The experienced auditor then compares the previous inventory to the current inventory following standard GAAP Accounting procedures for determining usage. Going one step further; Bevinco will pull the sales data from your Cash Register or POS system and compare the amount of product Used to the amount Sold in the register.
