However, our services are provided throughout the entire state and beyond. As of now, we are able to perform any civil engineering or land surveying anywhere in Arkansas and Oklahoma. In 2008, we expanded our services throughout the state of Oklahoma and will soon be able to provide services in Missouri and Kansas. Bates and Associates, Inc. was established by Geoff Bates, P.E. and Derrick Thomas, P.L.S.
